Olajide Oladipupo is a seasoned finance executive and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial and investment management, treasury, taxation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and business transformation across the financial services and insurance sectors.
As Chief Finance Officer of Capital Express Indemnity Insurance Limited, he oversees the financial health of the Company, financial planning and analysis, investments, reporting, capital and treasury operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
His core expertise includes IFRS and IFRS 17, corporate finance, investment strategy, tax planning, risk management, internal controls, accounting systems, process improvement, and team leadership. He previously held senior finance roles at Mutual Benefits Life Assurance Limited and served as Chief Finance Officer at Coronation Life Assurance Limited. His notable achievements include strengthening financial reporting and governance, improving operational efficiency, optimising capital and investments, and building high-performing finance teams.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is recognised for strategic insight, analytical strength, integrity, and a strong commitment to sound financial stewardship and sustainable stakeholder value.
